The Dark Star Grand Tournament is proud to announce it's inaugural 2012 Warhammer 40k Tournament. The Dark Star GT looks to build on the great successes of its sister tournament, the North Star Tournament, by bringing a grand tournament for 40k back to the upper midwest. The Dark Star Tournament's primary goal to provide a outstanding experience for all its attendees. We hope to see you there!

Why Come to the Dark Star GT?

• It will be the largest Warhammer 40k tournament in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska or the Dakotas. The biggest in the Midwest outside of Adepticon!

• You will get to compete against five great opponents on fantastic gaming boards with themed terrain. No felt cut-outs here! Each board is unique and represent a location in the Warhammer 40k universe.

• Prizes!  Multiple Prize Categories, Multiple Prizes in each Category! In addition, Best Overall will receive a life-size Space Marine chain sword to hang on the trophy wall! Plus the chance to win one of many door prizes!

• A Superior Gaming Venue - Plenty of space for gaming and plenty to do when you're not rolling dice!

• Charity - The 2012 Dark Star GT will be supporting Can Do Canines assistance dogs by holding a raffle for Warhammer 40k prizes.

• The Dark Star is an official tournament on the Games Workshop North American Tournament Circuit. The top 3 players will receive gift vouchers from Games Workshop and the overall winner gets free admission to GW's Throne of Skulls Championship tournament in Memphis (October 2012).
